Hey Raylene. I try to do something totally different from what has bogged me down –usually work–just to get away. I put on some music and sew quillows. I dont feel guilty about this escapism as I make them for others. It’s mindless and I find that Im ready to jump back into work afterwards. Julie
If I need to be refocused, then I first consider the “why” of what I’m doing. Then I make a list of the most important things that need to be accomplished. Then I discuss with the appropriate people if necessary. Then I get to work!!!
